Fitness

Pueblo West has 2 full service fitness gyms. These locations are complete with all you would expect to find such as free weights, weight machines, treadmills, bikes, stair climbers, etc. They also offer fitness classes and personal trainers. You will also find a number of cross fit focused facilities. There is an outdoor fitness circuit next to Cattails Crossing and plenty of trails (link to trail page). There are also a wide variety of classes from youth to seniors available through Pueblo West Parks & Recreation (link to their page here?). There are opportunities to participate in Yoga in the Park, Yoga at the Reservoir and Tai Chi at the Library.
